Who we are

What we collect
Information you give us: the email address (and, on the contact form, your name, topic, and message) you submit through our sign-up and contact forms. Information collected automatically, only if you accept analytics: page views, approximate location, device and browser type, referring page, and how far you scroll or which links you click, measured by Google Analytics 4.
Analytics and your choice
We use Google Analytics 4 to learn which articles and pages people read. Analytics storage is off by default: nothing is stored on your device for analytics until you select Accept analytics in the banner. If you decline, the whole site remains available. We run no advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking, and advertising storage is permanently disabled. Your choice is saved in your browser (local storage key metiq_consent). You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.
How we use information
Email addresses are used to send launch notices, new-article notifications, and replies to your messages. We do not sell personal information. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site and the education library.
Service providers
We use Google (Analytics) and our web hosting and email providers to operate the site. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention and your rights
We keep email addresses until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by writing to hello@metiqlabs.com; we respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the site or applicable law changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
